The process seemed to be fine, until it was actually complete. The bobble head was not an impressive resemblance in the photos, but was alright. I ordered this item a month before I needed it.

The tracking number I received had it delivered to a wrong location. By the time they got it figured out, they could not get me a new one in time for the event I needed it for.

They did give me a "sorry" and a refund, but what I really wanted was the actual bobble head delivered to the right location.

Seems like a simple part of the process. They don't seem organized, and I was in contact with "Gillian" as well. Who I assumed was a real person, but other complaints seem to disagree. I guess I should have done more investigating before I went with this company. I will not be recommending them to anyone!
